Mark Doyle has represented insurance carriers, self-insured's and employers in the defense of workers' compensation and personal injury cases for over fifteen years. He is board certified in workers' compensation law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is further distinguished as a Texas Super Lawyer, Rising Star.

Mark's area of practice includes workers' compensation litigation, in both courts and administrative hearings before the Texas Division of Workers' Compensation, personal injury litigation and civil litigation. He also represents clients in workers' compensation subrogation claims and workers' compensation wrongful discharge lawsuits.

In 1992, he received his B.B.A., magna cum laude, from Southwest Texas State University and in 1995 he graduated Texas Wesleyan School of Law, J.D., Order of the Barristers. Mark was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1995 and United States District Court for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas in 1995. He is a Board Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. In 2011, Mark received designation as Texas Rising Star from Thomson Reuters, 2011. His professional affiliations include the Dallas Bar Association, the Dallas Claims Association, State Bar of Texas, and the Workers' Compensation Section of the State Bar of Texas.

Mark frequently provides continuing education presentations to insurance carriers and professional associations regarding workers' compensation matters.
